On 16th May 2017, the Gonzaga Gonga Jesuit Novitiate celebrated together with their four companions who professed their first simple but perpetual vows of Poverty, Chastity and Obedience. The four young men agreed to move forward with confidence, trusting and following God in their strong desires, energy, love and unity. They shared the memories of their Novitiate time, how they answered God’s calling, the prayer life, the community life and the relationship with other people. This was a really enriching experience. In his Homily,  the Provincial, Fr Afulo, SJ, urged them to remain focused in their Jesuit way of life. This big event was attended by a number of people including the religious, priests, Christians, friends, relatives, neighbours and Jesuit volunteers.
